"Sunday morning, window states it opens at 10 am. Its past 10 am 3 other cars behind me and their still not open at 10:10. Outside of their service being horrible on a regular basis they also cant open on time. I guess the Pharmacist and staff had a rough Saturday night. Ohwait as Im typing at 10:11 the lights just came on so I can get the medication I need."

"I have never, in my entire life, seen a place filled with such rude people—people who treat others with such hostility and with a street-level vulgarity. It would be impossible to find an apothecary anywhere else that claims to be closed during the midday because the staff has gone out for lunch."

"I received a text from CVS saying my medication was ready for pickup. Walking in the snow to get there, was greeted with the rudest pharmacist, I told her my medication was ready and she said no it’s not and told me to call my doctor and turned her head the other way. I gave her my name and dob and she didn’t even bother to check. Maybe she spelled it incorrectly or got the wrong name ? 0 customer service 0 attention 100% attitude If you hate your job please quit, don’t make lives of the regular people miserable if you’re miserable. Afterwards it turned out they did have my medication after all. I’m changing my pharmacy after this, no one deserves to be treated like that especially during times where sicknesses are at a high."

"Terrible experience, an associates haste or a breakdown in their system caused a payment to be processed without authorization and that in turn caused a panic because of the error needlessly. Ultimately it was resolved but not without a great deal of stress. Finally, the pharmacy appears to be understaffed and one doesn't feel a great deal of empathy for pharmacy customers. I find one has to overcome a CVS experience"
